Lindsay Wessel

Lindsay Wessel is a senior research manager at MLN Research. As a senior researcher, Lindsay designs, plans, implements, and analyzes qualitative research, developing recommendations that drive business decisions for leading consumer brands.

Prior to joining MLN Research, Lindsay led consumer research and insights efforts for clients at Capstrat, a communications firm in Raleigh, N.C. During her time at Capstrat, she partnered with research firms to design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies. From the research, her job was to uncover actionable insights and advise on brand strategy for clients across the country, including leading hospital systems, health insurers, and the country’s largest energy utility.

Lindsay graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication. She has also completed Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter’s Executive Series for Account Planning and has trained at the RIVA Training Institute. She is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
